How much to tip on each trek
The tip we budget for guides, cooks and porters on every trek, per day and for a typical trip, with the source of each figure. Tips are paid in cash at the end and are almost never in the package price, so we add them to every operator's total. The figure is per person, for two travellers sharing one crew.
